1. Processing & Delivery

Processing Time: We handle and pack in-stock items within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Trusted Carriers

We partner exclusively with top-tier global logistics providers to ensure reliability:

DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS.

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an automated email containing your unique tracking number for real-time monitoring.

3. Customs & Import Taxes

Importer of Record: By purchasing from Dermal Market, you assume the role of the Importer of Record. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Tax Responsibility: Product prices do not include import duties, VAT, or local customs fees. These charges are determined by your local government and must be paid by the buyer.

Inspections: Customs authorities reserve the right to inspect any package. If flagged, the courier will typically reach out to you directly for clearance assistance.

4. Licensing & Compliance

Professional Requirements: Many regions require a Medical License or specific import permit to receive medical-grade fillers or prescription items.

Pre-Order Verification: It is the buyer's responsibility to verify their eligibility to import these goods. Dermal Market does not verify local medical laws and is not liable for clearance failures due to lack of professional credentials.

5. Failed Clearance Policy

Seizures: No refunds are issued for products seized or destroyed by customs due to local prohibitions, lack of documentation, or refusal to pay duties.

Returned Shipments: If customs allows a "Return to Sender," we will process a refund only after receiving the goods in their original, unopened condition. We will deduct two-way shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee from the total.

6. Temperature Control

For products requiring cold-chain or light-protected storage, we utilize specialized insulated packaging.

Recipient Duty: You must be available to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt. We are not responsible for product degradation caused by delayed pickups, refused deliveries, or extended storage in courier warehouses.

7. Shipping Insurance

We provide basic transit insurance for all high-value shipments.

In the event of a confirmed loss (verified by the courier's official investigation), we will either arrange a full reshipment at no extra cost or issue a complete refund.
